FIRM Consulting Inc. was created from the evolution of
Gaiser Kneale Financial & Benefits (GKF&B). GKF&B
operated as the life insurance based financial services
division of Gaiser Kneale Insurance Brokers Inc. (Gaiser
Kneale) since the division's independent general insurance
brokerages in South - Western Ontario, the financial (life)
division was initially created to enhance the insurance
services extended to the extensive general insurance clientele.
In the mid 1990's Gaiser Kneale re-organized the life insurance
based financial services division to enhance the stature
of the division. As the division experienced tremendous
growth operation quickly evolved beyond the general insurance
clientele of Gaiser Kneale, into the concentrated areas
of corporate benefits consulting and financial consulting.
