There are many different packages available to you as a property owner. As an insurance broker we will look at your insurance needs and design a package that is right for you.

Property packages fall into three main categories:

Homeowners, Tenants and Condominium
There are many floaters that may also be added to your property package to cover special items you may have (eg. jewellery, furs, fine art, watercraft). Some of the above are covered under your main package but may contain limits. It is important that you know what the limits are on you policy so that in the case of a loss you are covered.
All property packages also carry a deductible which the insured is responsible for in the event of a claim.
